RUBIO: "Well, something will eventually get done. I think the question is what’s the possibility of things getting done before 8:00 A.M. in the morning on Monday when the government truly restarts in terms of most of our agencies? And the answer is, I don’t know. I think it’s likelier than not, but between now and then there will be a lot of ups and downs. There are a lot of members that view this as the ability to have some leverage in negotiation for something else they want, and others who believe as I do that the country needs to avoid chaos with so much going on in the world. On the one hand we're talking about the threat of North Korea and yet on the other hand, and the world watches these broadcasts, we're talking about shutting down the U.S. Government."
