DELANEY: "It all depends how you define it, right? The science is moving. As it relates to your first question, I do think of myself as a different kind of Democrat. I think my policies, which I’ve laid out a broad policy agenda at this point, seek to accomplish goals that the Progressive movement has been fighting for for a long time. But I do think market forces really work. I do think the private economy of the United States is an amazing innovation machine. And what we should be doing is trying to find ways where the government and the private sector work together to achieve the goals that are really important for all Americans."
