MELVIN: "The guy in the car with you though, do you know if he shot?" 
LANGENDORFF: "No, sir. I can’t confirm a body hit, that I saw."

LANGENDORFF: "I know he shot his vehicle as he was getting in and crying to get away. But I can’t confirm a hit from the other gentleman who was with me to the shooter."
