HEMMER: "Daniel Linskey from Boston I want to bring you in on the Boston bombing. March of 2013, in the moments and hours after that, what did you do with your suspects? And what sort of information were you able to gain from them based on your actions then? "
LINSKEY: "Once we determined it was related to Islamic extremism and they were taking action against us an enemy combatants a decision was made by us and the F.B.I., we gave the information to our officers not to mirandize the suspect and not give him the stated rights of a citizen of the U.S. And we were able to get intelligence from him for some extended interviews we would not have had the opportunity to do had he been given the Miranda rights at the time of his arrest."
