WILLIAMS: "He’s going to the funeral. In my mind, de Blasio went. I would be surprised he was going to Germany. I would think the upset in New York over the shooting of the officer. I was surprised that he joined the protests. He can be anti-Trump and all. I understand that. He’s a politician."
