Fox News: Shooter ID’d as Illinois Resident James Hodgkinson

SCOTT: "So the first confirmation there from the president of the shooter has died, a man who went to the congressional Republican baseball practice, the baseball team, pardon me, was planning to take on the Democrats tomorrow in a charity baseball game that's been a fixture in Washington for decades. At about 7:09 this morning, he apparently walked up to members of Congress, said who is this, was told that it was the congressional baseball team. He asked if they were Republicans or Democrats; he was told they were Republicans. And shortly after that, shots rang out. We are told that this is the driver’s license of the shooter, James Hodgkinson from Illinois, according to that license. This is the first word we are getting, first picture really that we are getting of the shooter who according to the president is now deceased."
