Unlike the former Secretary of State, the Kentucky Republican appears in the follow-up to 2012’s 2016: Obama’s America, the second-highest-grossing political documentary of all time. “We wanted to have several of the leading contenders for 2016 be a part of the conversation,” producer Gerald Molen told me. “So we invited several leaders including Hillary Clinton and Rand Paul.”
