On MSNBC tonight, Chris Hayes asked some leading Republicans how they feel about Donald Trump‘s agenda so far. Former RNC chairman Michael Steele and GOP strategist Rick Wilson stepped up to the challenge of defining it.

“I feel like I knew what the Trump agenda was once upon a time,” said Hayes. “If you asked me what it is now, I absolutely could not tell you.”

Steele said that “these things take time,” but Wilson followed up with the colorful language he’s known for.

“This is a president with a stalking, gigantic case of ADHD,” he mused. He slammed Trump for having no “ideological North Star” and not believing in anything but slogans that get applause at rallies or look good on red hats.

Later, Wilson moved on to Chief of Staff Reince Priebus, noting that he’s “a nice man, a good administrator in some ways, but he is not adult supervision for this man-baby president.”
