Willie Geist: These Are Not the Numbers You Wan to Start a Presidency With

SCARBOROUGH: “That’s what I was asking. Most of the polls have him at 42, 43, some a 45, some at 46. 38 just seems a little low and Quinnipiac was always low during the campaign. Again, we have been very critical of him around the set but 38 just doesn’t feel right.”
GEIST: “Even if it’s 42 or 44, he is still a month into his presidency. Historically, when you compare it to President Obama or George W. Bush or anybody, he is still historically low. These are not the numbers you want to start a presidency with.”
