Three cast members of the broadway show Hamilton altered the lyrics to "America, the Beautiful" to make the patriotic song more gender neutral.

Sang as a prelude to the "Star Spangled Banner," the cast members adjusted the fourth verse to invoke a mention of "sisterhood."

The updated lyrics are below:

O Beautiful for patriot dream
That sees beyond the years
Thine alabaster cities gleam,
Undimmed by human tears!
America! America! God shed His grace on thee,
And crown thy good with brotherhood -- and sisterhood
From sea to shining sea!

While the Falcons head coach, Dan Quinn, appeared amused at the alteration, the Patriots head coach, Bill Belichik, appeared displeased.

The three singers were Jasmine Cephas Jones, Renee Elise Goldsberry, and Phillipa Soo.
