BELCHER: Health care — I’m going to predict this, health care is going to be again the central fight in a midterm election, because the moment they — and Priebus said the majority of people want repeal of health care. A Kaiser poll just out a week ago said 47 percent don’t want it repealed, 28 percent want to see, in fact, what the replacement is. So there is not a broad sort of swath of Americans fighting for the health care repeal.
