Wash. Examiner’s Zito: This Presidential Transition a ‘Little Outside of the Box of Normal’
‘Both of these men are staking out their places in history and staking out their positions, which are completely different’
ZITO: "I think Jackie is spot on. Both of these men have approached this transition a little outside of the box of normal. I believe that this probably started when Obama made the comments in his interview with David Axelrod's podcast when he not only said that he would probably have won if he ran. But he also made sure that he said that he was going to be vocal and possibly criticize and weigh in on matters in the future. The only president I remember in my lifetime -- and I'm old -- is Jimmy Carter. And for the most part, most presidents have sort of stayed out of the fray."
