Todd: If Obama Did Carrier Deal, Paul Ryan Would Say He’s Picking Winners & Losers

TODD: "I think that's what's going to be fascinating is -- look, there’s been a -- the -- the conservative movement of the last 15 years has truly been much more of a small government, let the private sector work its will, particularly it comes on the economy, whether it’s — you know, the Paul Ryan wing of the Republican Party, the sort of the rising small government." 
MITCHELL: "Ronald Reagan."
TODD: "I wouldn't say -- you know, Reagan rhetorically was there he didn’t necessarily govern that --" [crosstalk] 
MITCHELL: "But not picking winners and losers." 
TODD: "But this is a different level. And -- and the -- you know, Sarah Palin gave us the phrase crony capitalism. And if Barack Obama does this exact same deal with Carrier, you know Paul Ryan puts out, you know, this is picking winners and losers type of thing."
