BOLTON: "You know, in my book, which is out of print so I'm not flacking for it by saying this, I talk at length about what changes need to be made at the State Department. It’s not a question simply of management restructuring. It needs a cultural revolution for a lot of reasons and I think that’s important going forward because of the damage that’s done to American interests by not having a department, which is what we need to be effective advocating American interests."
