And the complexity in which this, the scheme was set up, there is the email, federal records issue. There is the Clinton Foundation issue. There is the perjury issue. There is the fact that the State Department still has its own open investigation on classified material. There are tens of thousands of documents that the state Department still has not turned over to the United States Congress that should be available."
