The Comey announcement had kind of turned that data in a different direction. I can tell you specific congressional districts where Hillary Clinton was ahead of Donald Trump. After the Comey announcement, Donald Trump went ahead of Hillary Clinton. There were a lots of factors and I think Comey was one of them."
