Netanyahu on Iran Attack: ‘Iran Has Made a Big Mistake Tonight, and Will Pay for It’
EXCERPT:
NETANYAHU: “Citizens of Israel, at the beginning of my words I send my condolences to the families of the victims of the criminal attack in Jaffa and my wishes for a full recovery to the injured. As in the attack, the missiles, there is also a deliberate and murderous hand behind this attack. This evening Iran attacked Israel again with hundreds of missiles. It failed. It was thwarted thanks to Israel’s air defense system, which is the most advanced in the world. I congratulate the IDF on its impressive achievement. It was also thwarted thanks to the vigilance and responsibility shown by you — the citizens of Israel. I also thank the United States for its support of our defense effort. Iran made a big mistake tonight — and it will pay for it. The regime in Iran does not understand our determination to defend ourselves and our determination to retaliate against our enemies.”
