Yellen on Bringing Back Trump Tariffs on China: ‘We Need to Keep Everything on the Table’

YELLEN: "Well, I wouldn’t rule anything out at this point. We need to keep everything on the table. We want to work with the Chinese to see if we can find a solution. We are engaging in a four-year review of Section 301 tariffs that’s not complete, so I can’t really speak to what will come of it. I would not rule anything out, but I think we need to deal with this issue."
