Bruce Springsteen and Jimmy Fallon Take on Chris Christie’s Bridge-Gate Woes

‘I really gotta take a leak ... down in Jerseyland’

Springsteen, Fallon mock Christie's Bridgegat (USA Today)

This one has to hurt Chris Christie: His idol, Bruce Springsteen, mocked the embattled New Jersey governor and his bridge scandal in a parody song on Jimmy Fallon's show.

Springsteen and Fallon — outfitted in jeans, cut-off shirts and red bandanas — paired up on a hilarious send-off of Born to Run to poke fun at the revenge-motivated lane closures on the George Washington Bridge and the scandal that threatens the governor's political future.

"I'm stuck in Gov. Chris Christie's Fort Lee, New Jersey traffic jam," Springsteen sings in the chorus.
