RICE: “Well. I’m mad as hell. I was laying in my bed when Timothy — prosecutor McGinty called and told me the grand jury was not going to file charges towards Timothy Lohman. I told him that was unacceptable. I requested to have a meeting with him face-to-face. Due to the corrupt system, I have a dead child. Excruciating pain. Breath has been took from my body once again. It’s a struggle.”
