At a Wednesday afternoon campaign event in Hilton Head, South Carolina, Republican presidential frontrunner Donald Trump responded to Democratic frontrunner Hillary Clinton wanting to run against him in the general election. Trump lambasted Hillary for sending out her husband, former President Bill Clinton, as a campaign surrogate, calling him "one of the great abusers of the world."

Trump then told the crowd he called Todd to tell him what it means when Clinton publicly says she wants to run against him…

"They don't want to run against Trump," Trump said. "The husband wants to come and she wants to accuse me of things and the husband is one of the great abusers of the world? Give me a break. Give me a break. Give me a break."
