Will Cain: Interesting How Hunter Biden’s Countersuit Against Laptop Repairman Doesn’t Claim ‘Defamation’

CAIN: "I don't how you check all the boxes on this one, Dan, in the court. There is no rational attempt to actually check the boxes. Let's just remember the story arc of Hunter Biden’s laptop. It was first hacked material, then Russian disinformation, and now it's an invasion of privacy. You know, Dan, I notice in this countersuit they did not claim it’s defamation. They are not claiming John Paul Mac Isaac or Rudy Giuliani or anybody else defamed Hunter Biden, because in a defamation lawsuit, libel  or slander, there is one what they call ultimate defense, and that ultimate defense in defamation is the truth. The last thing Hunter Biden wants to litigate is the truth of crack pictures, hooker pictures and dirty business dealing perhaps involving his father on the world stage. He doesn't want to get into the truth. He wants to suggest this is an invasion of his privacy and it’s a joke from start to finish."
