What the judge has said I’m going to allow prosecutors to break through the attorney-client privilege that ordinarily would have applied between Donald Trump and his lawyer because prosecutors have convinced me, a federal judge, that it’s more likely than not those conversations related to and were in furtherance of an ongoing crime, it is very rare that prosecutors even ask to beak through the attorney-client privilege that way and now we see a judge agreeing with them.
