BOEHNER: "Really? What else is new?"
REPORTER: "Are you prepared for that?"
BOEHNER: "Yes, I am prepared for it. Listen, we you have a bipartisan agreement in a town that isn't known for a lot of bipartisanship, you are going to see a [indecipherable] from those who don't like the fact that there is a bipartisan agreement. But there is and it's a solid agreement. And I have told my colleges, there isn't any reason why any member should vote against this."
