Chuck Schumer: ‘The Women’s Health Protection Act Has the Overwhelming Support of Our Caucus’

SCHUMER: "The Women’s Health Protection Act has the overwhelming support of our caucus. We think that’s the way to go. We've had a vote on it. We’re awaiting the court decision. If, obviously, it’s a decision that will impinge on a woman’s right to determine her own health care, we’re going to look at what further actions we should take."
