MELUGIN: "Hi, Martha. Good afternoon to you. Local law enforcement out here are on the record describing this camp as third world-like conditions. Really hard to believe that this is the United States of America, but this is the reality of the situation here at the border right now. At last check, I’m told, there are about 8,600 people living in here right now, still waiting to find out what's going to happen with their processing."
