Vice President Kamala Harris plans to campaign for Newsom in the Bay Area next week. Question on the September 14 recall ballot is whether to recall the governor. If the answer is yes, the candidate with the most votes on question two becomes governor. Well, the top Republican in that field at the moment is a radio host and a Trump supporter who has never held elected office.
