It’s not every day when a campaign manager for a presidential contender––let alone the one leading one party’s polls––is asked about the Nazi imagery their candidate tweeted out, but that’s what happened today to Donald Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

In case you need a refresher, Trump tweeted out some over-the-top patriotic imagery with his face on it. Oh, and also Nazi soldiers.

A Trump campaign statement said it was the fault of an intern, but CNN’s Erin Burnett still had to ask Lewandowski what the hell happened with that very “avoidable error.”
