BIDEN: "In the marketplace of ideas, in the political realm, the notion that every thought or notion or idea, you'd have to go back and find and attribute it to someone, I think it's quite frankly ludicrous. If you look at the themes that I've been pushing, and some of you have been covering me, I think you'll find that there are — there are echoes of those themes in other campaigns, which there should be."
