The primary process, when you have a multi-candidate field narrowing to a small field and we’ve seen this many times, that is when it is the most dynamic, that's when Iowa is a slingshot and Gary Hart goes from being second in Iowa to winning New Hampshire, almost beating Mondale, who was a favorite that year — John Glenn, who was an early favorite, he totally collapsed. so that could be sort of an analogy to Biden and Warren. So I take Buttigieg seriously. I do not believe he’s going to run a good race, but of course he's not really going to win. He could win."
