Donna Edwards: It’s Really Time to Move on Impeachment

EDWARDS: "To me, it is actually a question of constitutional norms, and I worry that we have moved the bar so much for this president that in terms of the role of the Constitution, Article One powers of the legislature that are being trampled on, we have seen, you know, ten acts of obstruction that are noted in the Mueller report. These are violations of the Constitution. I mean, the President is an unindicted co-conspirator. I  think it's actually really time to move on impeachment so we set the bar at a place where the American people understand what the rights and roles and responsibilities of the president are."
