‘There’s technology and infrastructure … I’ve seen places where the wall works’

REPORTER: "A New Mexican congresswoman is speaking out about what she's willing to negotiate for on border security. Democratic representative Xochitl Torres Small says that she agrees that a wall can work in certain areas. However, she says the Government needs a mile-by-mile plan if it wants to do things right. One issue she thinks should take priority is hiring more border agents."

TORRES SMALL: "So, one component is personnel, then there's technology and infrastructure. For example, I've seen places where the wall works."
