Joaquin Castro: I Do Believe Trump Will Be Impeached Before 2020

CASTRO: "Well, I think that what's going to happen in this next session of Congress is that they're going to do real investigations, unlike the ones we had so far when the Republicans were in charge and didn't subpoena documents, did not press witnesses who clearly had contradicted themselves. And I actually do believe there will come a time when these investigations go forward in a real way and/or the Mueller investigation comes to its conclusions that he will be impeached. So when that moment comes, what I'm going to tell my brother is to do the right thing. I think the evidence already is strong and it's only going to get stronger."
