CHAFFETZ: "Look, in decades in the United States Senate there has been no challenge to any leadership race in decades. In the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi rules with an iron fist. She and Steny Hoyer, they despise each other, they hate each other, she’s not willing to step aside and let him step up. It is an undercurrent that is so prevalent there in the House. Anybody who is talking about how that works knows there is this clash, but these younger people have got to get organized but they don’t dare turn off the money machine which is Nancy Pelosi."
