Rep. Murphy Endorses Prosecuting SEAL Who Killed Bin Laden: ‘No One Is Above the Law’

"The ramifications are the administration’s been clear since day one: they do not have any tolerance for people who break the law and you take an oath to serve the country. You take an oath not to disclose secret or classified information, and they’re investigating whether or not that happened or not. You know, hopefully that’s not the case, but if it is the case, then he’s going to be held accountable. We have in our country and including the military justices, the principle of the rule of law, which means no one is above the law, whether you are SEAL or the president of the United States."
