INHOFE: "I think that's exactly right. He’s addressing that. He’s going after it, making it very clear that his actions are going to be against our enemies. If we're going to offend somebody, then find somebody who doesn't like us. I just got back from the South China Seas. I saw firsthand what China is doing over there. They call it the reclaiming of land but it's building huge artillery, huge runways and cannons and all that. It's as if they’re preparing for Word War III. Yeah, I’m glad the President is going after them."
