Brzezinski Slams Huckabee Sanders on McCabe: ‘You’re Not Being a Good American’

‘And Sarah Huckabee Sanders, it’s an opportunity to be a good person’

Brzezinski Slams Huckabee Sanders: ‘You’re Not Being a Good American’ (The Washington Free Beacon)

"Morning Joe" co-host Mika Brzezinski lit into Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Friday for calling former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe a "bad actor," telling the White House press secretary she wasn't being a "good American."

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is reviewing a recommendation to fire McCabe, who has frequently fallen under the ire of President Donald Trump, after reports he was deceitful in a review by the Justice Department's Inspector General. Sanders wouldn't say Thursday if the White House felt Sessions should dismiss McCabe, who would lose his pension if fired Friday, but she said he had been a "bad actor."

MSNBC host Joe Scarborough first blasted the comments, calling McCabe a "law enforcement hero" who was key in the investigation of the Boston Marathon bombing.
