Dem Rep. Barragan: A Wall Would Be a Waste of Money

TAPPER: "Would you be willing to spend $20 billion — appropriate $20 billion for a border wall as President Trump wants in exchange for a pathway for the dreamers?"
BARRAGAN: "The homelands not even asking for that. That’s the thing. We need to put the money where it’s going to be put to use. Border security, we can certainly use it there but there are other areas other than a wall. I think it would be waste of dollars."
