GEIST: "We begin this hour with the latest on the crisis with North Korea. Russia's top diplomat Sergey Lavrov told his American counterpart, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson yesterday to back off of what he called 'Washington’s aggressive rhetoric.' That's according to the Russian Foreign Ministry which accused the U.S. of being responsible for escalating tensions. Lavrov also reiterated in his call that talks with North Korea should be at the forefront of the U.S. strategy rather than increasing sanctions."
