REPORTER: "Mr. Speaker, Congressman Blake Farenthold said he won’t run for re-election next year, do you think he should step down now?"
RYAN: "Look, I had a couple conversations with -- with -- with Blake Farenthold yesterday, I think he’s making the right decision to retire. There are new stories that are very disconcerting, unacceptable behavior has been alleged in those stories and I think made the right decision that he's going to be leaving Congress."
