Jackie Speier: I Do Think Al Franken Should Resign; It’s a Pattern of Behavior that Can’t Be Tolerated

‘You have many members of the Senate now asking him to resign’


BRZEZINSKI: "All right. Joining us now from Capitol Hill a member of the House Intelligence and Armed Services Committee, Democratic Congresswoman Jackie Speier of California. Thank you very much for being on the show this morning." 
SPEIER: "Thanks for having me." 
BRZEZINSKI: "I know this is the Senate we’re talking about here, but I’d -- I'd like -- I'd like your opinion. Do you think Al Franken should resign?" 
SPEIER: "I do think he should resign. It’s a pattern of behavior that cannot be tolerated. And whenever you have someone who infringes on another person as he has done repeatedly, he does not have the -- the right to be a member of the Congress of the United States."
