STEPHENS: "It should be harder -- it should be to get a gun than it is to get a beautician’s license?"

SCARBOROUGH: "I really hope we’re not pushed to expanded background checks only after terrorists do what some of the people on the most wanted FBI list have said, which is, go to America, buy guns, assault-style weapons and go out and kill lots of Americans. Because that’s the instructions that they’re being given right now because it’s so easy."
