TRUMP: "And I have to say, just before coming here, we released some of the details of the tax and the tax reform and the tax cuts and it has really received tremendous, tremendous reviews. And if Senator Donnelly doesn’t approve it, because he’s on the other side, we will come here, we will campaign against him like you wouldn’t believe. (Cheering and Applause) I think they’re going to approve it. I think we’ll actually have numerous Democrats come across because it’s the right thing to do. These reforms will be a dramatic change from the failed tax system that encourages American businesses to ship jobs to foreign countries that have much lower tax rates. It’s what we can’t do."
