In the wake of protests across the NFL, San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich discussed the issue of "whiteness" in an interview on ESPN on Monday.
"People have to be made to feel uncomfortable, and especially white people because we’re comfortable. We still have no clue of what being born white means," he said.
About the concept of being white, Popovich cites "recent literature" which suggests "we kind of made that up."
