SCOTT: “Bill, thank you for sharing your expertise today. Again, on screen, if you’re just joining us, there has been a terrible collision in a tourist plaza in Barcelona, Spain. The Spanish newspaper El Pais is reporting at least 20 people injured and at least one dead. There have been other reports of as many as three people killed, but also these reports that gunmen are holding hostages in a Turkish restaurant nearby. Whether that began concurrent with this automotive assault or whether it is something that began afterwards, perhaps the van driver who ran away from the scene after crashing into that crowd of pedestrians, that van driver may be one of those gunmen who is holed up apparently inside this restaurant."
