Chuck Todd: It Would Have Made More Sense to Sue Obama Over Immigration

TODD: "Remember, it took them a couple of weeks to even figure out what they were going to sue him over. They haven't decided on what issue which, to me, made it obvious that this was a political maneuver. If they really were upset about a specific law, well, then they would have said: 'It's this. It's the way you acted on this law and therefore, we're going to sue you.' And of course, they are suing him over a law they wish it weren't passed in the first place, on health care.”
