Jesse Watters on Sessions Testimony: ‘Another Nail in the Coffin for the Russia Hoax’ (Mediaite)

In the wake of Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ testimony before the Senate Intelligence Committee, Fox News’ Jesse Watters declared that what we heard today pretty much verified that no collusion occurred between Russia and Trump associates as it relates to election interference.

“Today was just another nail in the coffin for the Russia hoax,” Watters said at the top of tonight’s broadcast of The Five. “No one landed any punches on the sky. It was a lot of innuendo, not a lot of facts.”

After claiming that Democrats keep “coming up empty-handed” regarding the Russia probe, he added that the Senate Intelligence Committee “has found zero evidence of any collusion between Trump campaign officials and Russia.”

“I don’t know where the evidence is,” the Fox News personality exclaimed. “It does not exist.”

Watters did observe that there was evidence of another type of collusion.

“There is evidence of collusion between the Democrats and the media,” he snarked, “but that’s beside the point.”
