VAN HOLLEN: "I've said and I've always said, we're willing to work with our Republican colleagues to make fixes to the Affordable Care Act, especially the exchanges. There's different things we can do to shore up the exchanges where you have high costs for deductibles and co-pays. That's true. In my view, this takes us backwards.
