Ronald S. Lowy is well known for personally prosecuting the state’s largest real estate partition suit involving the destruction of a multi-building condominium project destroyed in Hurricane Andrew in which thousands of parties were joined as defendants to clear title and clear the way for over 50 million dollars to be distributed to beneficiaries.



The Miami-Dade Circuit Court has also appointed Lowy as the Court appointed Receiver to search out and seize the assets of an international travel club company that had stolen millions of dollars from innocent victims. Lowy has also served as the litigation counsel for the world’s largest condominium developer, Crescent Heights Companies and has represented many dozens of multi-million dollar lawsuits on their behalf. Ronald Lowy received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, Class of 1985.
