Mr. William A. Fleckenstein, also known as Bill, has been the President of Fleckenstein Capital, Inc. since 1996. Mr. Fleckenstein previously served as the President of Fleckenstein Capital, Inc. from 1982 to 1990. He was founder of Fleckenstein Capital. Mr. Fleckenstein was a Partner at Olympic Capital Management Inc. from 1990 to 1996, at which time he reestablished Fleckenstein Capital. He has been a Director of Go2Net Inc. since June 1999 and Mongolia Growth Group Ltd. since February 2, 2011. Mr. Fleckenstein served as an Independent Director of Pan American Silver Corp. from May 9, 1997 to December 2011 and served as its Lead Independent Director. He graduated from the University of Washington in 1976 with a BA in Mathematics.
